Navy veteran. Founder. Bull rider.
Three threads that don't usually go together — until you realize they're built on the same discipline.
Same discipline, three different arenas.
Navy veteran, automation founder, and competitive bull rider — three roles that all come back to the same nine years of showing up.
9 years of service
Nine years in the U.S. Navy built the foundation everything else runs on — discipline under pressure, ownership of outcomes, and the project-management instincts I still use to ship software and plan a rodeo season.
Automation & software
Founder of AMP Titans Automations, the studio behind The Cleaners Place, a live SaaS product. I'm also pursuing a computer science education and have built automated trading strategies and bots on the side.
9 years in the arena
Riding since 2017 in SEBRA and local jackpots, with the 2027 season now taking shape off the back of last season's progress.
Two things people don't expect to hear in the same sentence.
Most people I meet get one half of the story: either the guy who builds software, or the guy who rides bulls. Both come from the same nine years.
I joined the Navy at a point where I needed structure, and I got it — nine years of it. It's where I learned to plan for things going wrong, to take ownership of outcomes I couldn't fully control, and to keep showing up on the days that don't feel like progress. Those are the same skills that get you through a qualified ride, and the same skills that get a piece of software from an idea to a paying customer.
After the Navy, I put that discipline into two things at once: building AMP Titans Automations while pursuing a computer science education, and getting on bulls. AMP Titans is now the studio behind a live product — The Cleaners Place — built to replace the spreadsheets and group texts small businesses were relying on. On the side, I've also built automated trading strategies and bots, which scratches the same itch as automation software: turning a manual, error-prone process into something systematic.
Bull riding has run in parallel the entire time. Nine years of entries, setbacks, and repetition, based near Elizabeth City, North Carolina and competing in SEBRA and local jackpots. That work paid off with my first podium finish — second place — at my most recent rodeo, proof the approach is working, and the reason I'm building a full 2027 season around it now.
